Sticking out onto the sidewalk (Trucks at Loading Bay) Loading for the Loading Bay, not massive trucks and sets. Loading Bay used informally as an accessible entrance.

Multi-Family buildings are hard to support without additional context. What are the constraints of multi-family buildings in Westpark? I.E. How many stories can they be? How many units/bedrooms can they have? Thanks.

I'm glad you asked, Lupin. Permeable architecture establishes connections between what’s private and what’s public; between the interior space and its environment, in order to generate a link between the two realities.

Certainly, the definition sounds so philosophical and profound that it’s difficult to think about it in tangible terms. However, permeable architecture is very concrete, and when it comes to urban areas (where it has been quite successful), for example, it has used both physical, visual, sound, and sensory elements to create unique buildings that are distinguished by the penetrability of light, pedestrian flow and the unification, confluence, and flexibility of its spaces.

Adding this much housing to this small area (in either option) will no doubt cause even more traffic problems in an already highly congested area. What considerations are there for dealing with this increased traffic?

Idea
We moved to the area in late 2018 and fell in love with the village concept, path system, the number of parks and the beautiful scenery. The continued growth, especially commercial and mixed use, will slowly destroy the magic that is PTC.
